BerthMaster.Online is an innovative, cloud-based web enabled system, providing marina managers with full managerial control of their electricity and water supplies from their office computer whilst saving significant time and administrative costs. Without the need for staff to individually check and report each berth’s activity, BerthMaster. Online completes this task, allowing for an efficient way of working for marina managers. Berth holders are also able to manage their electric and water services via their phone, tablet, laptop (or any other web enabled device) via their secure BerthMaster account online. Berth holders can set up an account and pre-pay for the use of their services, and are able to view their transaction statements online. This eliminates the needs for individual customer invoicing and, instead, the marina receives all payments directly to its merchant account in monthly arrears.
