Lindley is committed to implement and continually improve a Management System designed to:

  • Mantain a balanced relationship with employees, creating challenges around a positive environment
  • Establish a consistent relationship with suppliers
  • Monetize the company’s resources

Lindley verifies and approves annualy the Quality Management System and assumes its internal and external disclosure. This policy is communicated to all employees, thus facilitating a convergence of efforts to carry out a process of continuous improvement for the benefit of all.

Lindley implemented a QMS that provides the development of principles of continuous improvement to ensure rationally, effectively and efficiently the purpose for which it is proposed, in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
